How to use the feeder

‌Install the tape feeder‌:

Open the upper pressure cover and the tape guide rail of the feeder tape.

Place the material reel on the feeder reel rack.

Pass the upper tape and the transmission tape of the material through the tape guide groove and the main frame, then open the upper cover at the head end of the tape and roll the tape until the material is sucked, and place its transmission tape in the slot of the guide rail.

After the sprocket clamps the moving groove of the transmission tape, pull down the material tape guide rail to make it flat against the transmission tape, and finally adjust and confirm whether the transmission tape is normally mixed in the sprocket.

‌Adjust the transmission spacing of the feeder:

The 8MM belt feeder has 2P and 4P spacings, and a special feeder should be used.

12MM, 16MM, 24MM and 32MM belt feeders can be adjusted to different spacings according to the type of components.

Installation and removal of the feeder

‌Install the feeder:

Before installing the feeder and the base, use a brush to clean the remaining bulk materials and other foreign matter on the base.

The feeder base slots each have their own slot numbers. According to the station table provided by the technician, insert the feeder into the slot with the number.

Connect the positioning pin located at the lower front of the feeder with the vertical plate, and push the feeder with appropriate force.

Push the handle forward to fix the feeder on the feeder base, and check whether the feeder is firmly fixed on the feeder base.
