This feeder adopts industrial-grade intelligent design, with strong compatibility, fast feeding speed, and adjustable feeding parameters. It also includes online mode and automatic mode for user convenience. It supports abnormal alarm output and remote reset, and supports optional GPIO communication and RS232 communication. It supports simple operation of color touch screen display parameters and setting parameters. After this feeder is integrated into the automation equipment, it can realize automatic feeding and improve production efficiency. The working principle is as follows:

1. Take the sheet material from the suction cup of the sheet feeder

2. After taking the sheet material, place it on the designated position of the stripper

3. The material pulling clamp clamps the blank area at the front end of the sheet material, and the material pressing cylinder controls the material pressing block to press the blank area at the end of the sheet material

4. The suction nozzle is lifted back to the material bin material taking position

5. The material pulling clamp pulls the material belt to feed the material

6. After feeding, the suction nozzle takes away the material

(Note: A blank area of more than 25mm must be reserved before and after the sheet material is fed as a clamping position and a material pressing position)
