The main functions of the JUKI placement machine control board include the following aspects:
Motor control: The control board is responsible for controlling the servo motor and stepper motor
Position management: Counters for position management of the XY axis, ZQ axis and backup motor R axis are installed.
Signal connection: As a SYNONET connection substrate, it transfers the signals of the ZY4 axis driver and the XMP substrate, including the alarm signal output by the image probe.
Safety detection: The SAFETY substrate detects the emergency switch, limit sensor, X-SLOW sensor, and cuts off the servo power supply when necessary. At the same time, it detects the shield switch and X-SLO sensor and notifies the XMP substrate.
