SME-260 is a large-scale automatic cleaning machine for SMT scrapers. It uses water-based cleaning liquid for cleaning and plasma water for rinsing. It automatically completes the cleaning, rinsing, hot air drying and other processes in one machine. When cleaning, the scraper is fixed on the scraper bracket, and the scraper bracket rotates. The scraper is cleaned by using ultrasonic vibration, the kinetic energy of the spray jet and the chemical decomposition ability of the water-based cleaning liquid. After cleaning, it is rinsed with plasma water, and finally it can be taken out for use after hot air drying.
