SME-220 is an automatic cleaning machine for SMT solder paste printing scrapers. It uses water-based cleaning liquid for cleaning and deionized water for rinsing. It automatically completes the cleaning, rinsing, hot air drying and other processes in one machine. When cleaning, the scraper is fixed on the scraper bracket, and the scraper bracket rotates. The ultrasonic vibration, the kinetic energy of the spray jet and the chemical decomposition ability of the water-based cleaning liquid are used to clean the scraper. After cleaning, it is rinsed with deionized water and finally dried with hot air. After completion, it can be taken out for use.
