DISCO-DAD3230 is an automatic cutting machine, mainly used for cutting operations of processed objects.
Main functions Automatic calibration: DAD3230 is equipped with a standard configuration of automatic calibration, which can automatically identify and calibrate the cutting position before cutting to improve processing accuracy. Autofocus and image recognition system: The device has an autofocus function and an image recognition system that can identify the cutting groove, further improving operability and functionality. Spindle locking mechanism: In order to facilitate the replacement of cutting blades, DAD3230 is equipped with a spindle locking mechanism on the 1.5 kW spindle, which improves operating efficiency. DAD3230 is suitable for square processing objects under 6 inches, and can correspond to square processing objects with a maximum diameter of 6 inches. Its X-axis cutting range is 160mm to 220mm (optional), the Y-axis cutting range is 162mm, the maximum Z-axis stroke is 32.2mm, and the maximum θ-axis rotation angle is 320 degrees. In addition, DAD3230 has excellent scalability and can cope with various processing materials and processing methods.
