Efficient production: DAD324 uses high-performance MCU to improve software operation speed and operation response speed. The X, Y, and Z axes all use servo motors to improve axis speed and production efficiency. The standard configuration PC can be matched with the communication control system through optional functions, further improving production efficiency.
High-precision cutting: DAD324 is equipped with a high-torque 2.0 kW spindle as standard, which can handle up to 6-inch workpieces. When specially equipped, it can handle single-axis cutting of 150 mm square workpieces. Adopting new NCS (Non-Contact Setup) technology to improve measurement accuracy and shorten measurement time.
Compact design: DAD324 has the smallest floor space in the world, with a width of only 490 mm. It is especially suitable for running several cutting machines in parallel, significantly improving the production efficiency per unit area.
User-friendly: The operation interface of DAD324 is centralized with operation buttons, and the microscope interface operation is realized through XIS (Extended Interface System). The Wafer mapping function displays the cutting progress status with icons, the Log viewer displays analog data and visualizes cutting parameters with icons, and the Help viewer displays abnormal response measures to help quickly restore the equipment status.
Automation function: DAD324 is equipped with functions such as automatic calibration, automatic focus and automatic knife mark detection, which further improves the automation level and operation convenience of the equipment.
