Boards on the V93000 EXA Scale
Pin Scale 5000 Digital Board
The new Pin Scale 5000 digital board sets a new standard for scan test at 5Gbit/s, provides the deepest vector memory on the market, and uses Xtreme Link™ technology to achieve the fastest result processing in the industry. With this technology, customers can choose the most effective scan method for their equipment and solve the test problems caused by the explosive growth of scan data inherent in large digital designs.
XPS256 Power Supply Board
With power supply voltages below 1V, the current requirements are extremely high, up to thousands of A, which makes the power delivery capability of ATE a differentiating factor. The XPS256 power supply is another industry innovation that covers all power supply needs with a single DPS board: ultra-high precision, unlimited and flexible channel paralleling, and excellent static and dynamic performance.
V93000 EXA Scale test head
The density is doubled by using the 256 channels on the Pin Scale 5000 digital board and the XPS256 power board, while maintaining the original V93000 form factor. Its new test heads CX, SX, and LX are smaller in size, making maintenance easier and meeting the needs of higher test numbers.
Test heads of different sizes can expand different test solutions, including the ability to test various chip performances on one test system, such as digital, RF, analog, and power tests.
V93000 EXA Scale platform compatibility
Board compatibility x same software system = stress-free platform switching
EXA Scale is compatible with existing V93000 load boards and Smart Scale cards, while continuing to use SmarTest software, which means that users can continue to use the hardware and software programs used on existing 93K machines.
V93000 EXA Scale application scenario introduction
EXA Scale test platform new functions optimized for mass production
Xtreme Link™ technology can greatly improve the data transmission efficiency between various hardware resources and realize pin-to-pin real-time communication. The new power supply module makes the configuration of test resources more flexible. The Zero Footprint design concept brings a smaller device size and a simpler maintenance process. At the same time, EXA Scale is fully compatible with existing boards and DUT Boards, which not only meets the new testing needs of design companies, but also maintains the efficiency of the test factory's use of existing boards.
