When using the intelligent feeder, please pay attention to the following matters.
1. Please install various material strips onto the dedicated feeder.
2. When handling and installing the feeder, please do not collide or drop it. Because the feeder is equipped with electronic components, and the components are intricately assembled, they can become the cause of poor operation and damage after being impacted. Please also pay attention to the following feeders when using them.
3. Please be sure to grasp the handle when handling the feeder.
4.The sensor position of the feeder has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Please do not rotate the eccentric pin used for adjustment at will.
5. Please do not touch the communication part at the front end of the feeder to prevent poor contact caused by dirt on this part.
6. Please pay attention to the heat emitted around the motor and circuit board when coming into contact with the feeder during operation or just after the operation has stopped.
7. Please be careful not to let tool objects come into contact with the flat cable used for communication inside the feeder body, as it may cause wire breakage.
8.When removing the feeder installed on the material station bracket or feeder inspection fixture, the clamp must be lifted before pulling out the feeder. Forcefully removing the feeder without lifting the clamp may cause poor contact of the connectors or damage to the circuit board inside the feeder.
9.When lifting the clamp, if your fingers are placed on the axis of the clamp, there is a possibility of injury.
10. When removing the feeder from the material station rack, please confirm the LED status of the material bin.
11. When installing or removing the tape from the feeder, do not pull the tape and surface film by hand. Otherwise, it may cause feeder malfunction.
